They are not mindless destruction, as this was. Usually they are creative and some change of environment or personality; loss of supernatural powers, reversal of personality traits, the entirety of the city being underwater.

No. Ordinarily, they come to an end on their own and don't have as much permanent impact. Also, this is the first time an individual Animus has spoken to us like that.
