I haven't been home since that emergancy trip in February and I miss it. I'm not homesick but I don't know what to call it. I know once I get home and have to listen to my parents all the time and live under their rules and roof I will want to be right back here again but currently I do miss being home a little bit. I know what you mean about feeling weird about being alone in college. I think I had this idea that once I got here, and I was living with people my own age, I'd be surrounded by really great friends all the time and I'd never feel lonely or misunderstood. And that's not exactly true, for me anyway - I feel like there are a few people here who i'm really close to and who care about me, and a lot of people I love spending time with, but friendships change and sometimes you're unsure about things (especially when you're dealing with girls!). And sometimes you want or need to be alone, but you feel unnatural for spending time by yourself because you basically live with your friends and don't have a real reason to spend time away from them.

And guys are nice. Spooning is nice ;). I wish there were more of them around here, too.

anyways, just wanted to let you know that i *think* i feel the same way, soemtimes.
