Winter fun

Yesterday we went sledding. First, in the back yard. This was fun on some intellectual level where you're amazed that the sled will actually move across ground that's only 50% covered in snow and where you have to go over several small sumac trees

I remember as a child when we lived in NY, hitting a few trees or smacking into a snow bank at high speed. memories I sure do not wish to relive. Good to see you had fun, ive used the AdAware Se for some time now, great program.

Yeah I'm still surprised no one ever got hurt at my parent's house just slamming into the patch of trees at the bottom of the hill :)

i used to live in kansas... and when i was younger, i went to a school with a HUGE hill in the back... sadly, it was a tradtion that every winter the school would have a sledding race thing on that hill... im guessing since this was a while ago, they dont do that anymore... its high time that a kid got hurt doing that. not that im saying im hoping for it! but we live in the age of lawsuits... but gods, i would give anything to go down that hill once more and land flat on my face... no regrets there ^.^(i do regret however sticking my tongue on the cold metal pole outside afterwards... winter does have its other downsides besides being cold =P)

When we got back I found out that I guess people are getting hurt at the hill I was at all the time, broken arms and whatnot.

i wouldnt be surprised sadly... sledding is dangerous >.<

but fun! totally worth the risk
