Enterprise Rental

I'm waiting patiently for my rental. It's annoying that when I scheduled the time for me to pick up the car that it's not ready..they said 20 minutes a half hour ago! It's freezing in here to top it all off!

I took my car in for repair last week and Enterprise was 45 minutes late. I called them at 15 minutes and they said they would send someone right over and it still took 30 minutes. Their office was only like 1/2 mile down the road.
