on the healthier side of my life, i have been walking a mile to work and a mile back most days (i get a lift if it's raining, and once or twice i've gone into town from work so got the bus) - i think i've done about 26 miles over the last four weeks.

breakfast was cinnamon cereal (using up the box - it's fruit&fibre from tomorrow) with skimmed milk. lunch was a quorn sandwich, oat bites (25g pack) and a kitkat (2 fingers). i drank about a litre of water at work. then dinner was a quorn and mushroom pie, with peas and boiled potatoes, followed by three chocolates.
