What I Did on my Summer Vacation

I'm a little late in posting about the two major trips I took in 2011, but better late than never, right?  The first major trip was to Germany for two weeks in July.  We actually started the trip in Switzerland, went up the Rhine, saw castles and grapes and towns, oh my!

these are stunning! switzerland is very high up on my list - i really want to visit geneva and cern! i went to austria on a school trip when i was 15, and whilst i did kinda appreciate the scenery you never do see it properly with a million other kids around.
