Dinner
Lean Cuisine Santa Fe Beans and Rice, 2 T. salsa, small lettuce and tomato salad dressed with lime juice, sparkling water

Snack
apple, 1/2 cup of peach yogurt, herbal tea
Comments A bit of a lazy day after a very busy day yesterday, but I walked 1 mile and did lots of paperwork including getting rid of 3 more bags of recycling. This is the second Kashi cereal I've tried and I liked it as much as the first. It has 10 g of protein and 9 g of fiber so it definitely fills you up. I'll try to get to the Farmer's Market again tomorrow.
Breakfast: 3/4 c. Kashi cereal, 1/2 c. 1% milk, black coffee
Lunch: tuna on whole wheat, lettuce, apple juice spritzer
Planned
Dinner fresh salmon, broccoli, 1/2 cup couscous, glass white wine
snack apple or 1/2 c. peach yogurt
Comments: I made it to the Farmer's Market; just 4 more weeks until my neighborhood market closes. So, I am stocking up a bit: extra salmon, and beef and lamb for the freezer. I've cut way back on red meat, so I bought just a little of each for stir fries in September. I parked about 1/2 mile from the market, and I got up early (before the alarm) and did a ton of work around the house. I am determined to get the house back into decent shape by Tuesday. Then I have to schedule the handyman, etc.
