Four of Cups, Reversed dakotawitch July 13 2010, 02:19:34 UTC
Your card is the Four of Cups, reversed, in which a woman sits with three cups before her while a disembodied hand offers her a fourth. This card often indicates a tendency to daydream or a yearning for something outside of the self to solve our problems. Because it appears reversed, this card is telling me that it is time to trust in divine or spiritual guidance as you know it. Do not disengage from the hard emotional work you are doing, but also trust that you are being supported in that work and any changes you are making. This is an excellent time for reflection and going inward to find your own guidance, and is also an excellent time to engage in spiritual practices that help you get deeper into emotional issues or baggage. You are supported in the healing you are trying to do now -- do not resist or discount that support. Although the work you are doing may at times be painful, know that it is necessary for your growth.

Interesting times - not in the Chinese sense, but full nonetheless... A hint of direction would be awesome!

You are likely going through a period where your mind is going very fast most of the time as you try to come up with a rational, logical, solution. All you are doing is tying yourself up in knots and driving up your blood pressure :) Instead, take the time to breathe and let your intuition tell you where to go. If you are being called on to be the voice of reason in a dispute or disagreement, now may be the time to take off the mediator hat and be brutally honest with everyone involved. If you feel as though you have to be the one to fix the situation, examine why you put yourself in that role and if, in fact, you ARE the one who needs to play fix-it. Most of all, don't let your brain get ahead of your heart and your spirit. This may be a good time to engage in ( ... )
