Three of Wands dakotawitch September 9 2010, 01:51:50 UTC
Your card is the Three of Wands, in which a figure stands looking out across a bay, fjord, or sound. This card indicates that you are looking to the future. Not only are you looking to the future, but you are actively planning for it. You are looking to the far horizon and planning how you will get there, taking practical steps to make a move. This card often indicates an actual physical move or relocation, often across water. You are in a period where you are hopeful about your future and feel as though you have taken the right steps to get to where you want to be. Keep making practical, grounded decisions, and keep your eyes on the far shore.

I would love a card, if you can. (General overview of where life is right now, and where I should be aiming.)

Six of Swords, Reversed dakotawitch September 9 2010, 01:55:34 UTC
Your card is the Six of Swords, reversed, in which a female figure sits on an open boat surrounded by several swords stuck into the hull. This card is usually indicative of a feeling of stuckness or a sense of leavetaking. Appearing as it does reversed, this card tells me that things are about to become "unstuck" for you. This card often indicates positive movement forward, and can also indicate an actual move of job or home. You may be moving across a body of water, as the boat indicates. It may be difficult to wait, but your waiting is nearly at an end. When things start moving -- and they will, soon -- they will move very quickly. Trust that you will be able to handle whatever comes as a part of that movement, and be ready to get your "sea legs" quickly!

Thank you so much! The six of swords is actually an old friend in some ways, and the hope of things getting unstuck is most promising.

Four of Cups, Reversed dakotawitch September 9 2010, 02:01:55 UTC
*I have to note that The Tower and the Three of Wands also jumped out of the deck at me when I was pulling your card, so I'm going to tie those in as well ( ... )

=/ Not IN any relationships oddly enough, though debating going back to an old flame.

The 'time to examine your needs' thing has been cropping up a lot so... ....yeh.

That actually makes sense in the context of the card, since the Four of Cups sometimes indicates a tendency to focus on what you had rather than what you have, to romanticize the past, or to unfavorably compare current partners with former ones :)

I'd love a reading, please! I'd love to know when/if I'm going to have children?

Queen of Cups, Reversed dakotawitch September 9 2010, 02:07:18 UTC
Your card is the Queen of Cups, reversed. This Queen is usually the mistress of all emotional and sexual love, and she has a strong fertility energy. Appearing reversed as she does, she tells me that you must address any lingering relationship issues before you will have children. If you have had any sexual trauma in your life, you must work on healing this before you will have children of your own body. There is a definite sense that you *will* have children, but that you have some healing to do. This may involve a trip to your doctor or alternative therapies to address any gynecological or reproductive health issues first. The thing I'm getting from this card is a definite "Yes, but not yet."

When you can, will you do a one card for me? I'm concerned about work/finances.

Thank you very much!

Ten of Pentacles dakotawitch September 9 2010, 02:14:41 UTC
Your card is the Ten of Pentacles. This card indicates a coming period of abundance, in which your hard work is about to pay off. You can expect to come into some money soon. I get the feeling it will be money you have earned -- rather than a lottery ticket win or a gift, for example. You may get a raise or promotion, or you may be moving on to a better paying job. Either way, you or someone in your household is about to be recognized for their hard work and worth. Be open to opportunity and be willing to put in effort to bring this outcome to fruition. If you are considering looking for new work, this is a great time to polish your resume and start applying!
