Omega The Doctor doesn't seem terribly bothered by the scenery, but then, one expects he's used to this sort of thing by now. He watches the young woman curiously, one hand holding his hat and the other tucked into a trouser pocket.
"The Doctor?" he echoes, a bit distant. "Ah. Well..." He really shouldn't. He should go have a lovely chat with someone who isn't, apparently, a future companion. He really... is too curious for his own good. "No, I don't suppose he would."
He smiles - not quite to brightly, perhaps, but more than charming enough to make up for it - and puts on his hat. "Pleasure to meet you, Miss... Pollard, was it?"
"Who're you introducing yourself to?" Lucie demands, looking rather confused at the other woman. "When you find yourself in a great big scary Nexus place, the last thing I'd do is invite it out for tea and biscuits."
"Well, it's not exactly Blackpool, is it? And most people I know find Blackpool to be pretty terrifying at times." Lucie steps around the girl, eying her curiously.
"You're not from Earth, are you? I knew it! Everything's a bit too normal for you to be a run-of-the-mill London bird."

"Charley!" The Doctor... or a third of him, at any rate, bounces over, grabbing the girl's hands to spin her around. "I didn't know you were here too!"
She blinks at this... enthusiastic newcomer. There's something rather off about him... but he calls her Charley without her even needing to tell him so. She likes that. And the spinning. She finds she rather likes that, too. She can't help but give the man a broad, cheerful smile.
Oh, yay! Charley is smiling! That's good. That must mean that the not-any-fun-at-all part of himself isn't around. Good. That part isn't any fun at all. Even less fun than the boring part, which is saying something. "When did you get here, Charley? You haven't been here as long as we have, have you? Is C'rizz around? You know, I still haven't found out what an Obelat looks like."
Mila doesn't know who this person is, but they obviously know her... or, well, know Charley. She may as well play along. After all, she is Charley now, isn't she? She giggles at the thought, matching the newcomer for good cheer.

She offers her hand to the stranger to shake, positively gleeful at the prospect of introducing herself.
