So which one of you pretty boys wants to volunteer to drop me back off in the 51st century? Or should I just hang around for a bit longer and enjoy the sights, and hope that at least one of you knows me, as in really knows me?

Well you certainly fit into the 'pretty boy' category.

"Well hello, to you too."

Nice to see a beautiful face around here.

Now now, Captain Pheromones? I thought I was Captain Swishy Coat.

"Either or, I can work with both."

River grins wryly, "A beautiful face? You wouldn't be flattering me now would you?"

Here, River Tam Song, have a Doctor. This one looks a touch older than most of the skinny little things running around this place, though.

"'Allo, River," he says in a soft voice, the faintest of smiles tugging at his lips.

River offers a raised brow. She can see instantly, that he's more like her Doctor, older somehow, does he know her beyond the Library?

"Well hello you, back."

He might be? Namely, he's quite a bit different. Tack on a black, pinstripe suit, black trainers. His eyes are perhaps the most changed, black and lightless, framed by lines that his younger counterparts will hopefully never have.

"It's been awhile since I've seen you. Seems like we're always meeting in the wrong time."

"Such are the dangers of dating..." she says the word carefully, seeing if he picks up on the choice of word, rather than you know, well, the 'm' word, "... a time traveller."

"So so you last saw me, when...?" River enquires, searching those black eyes, that don't seem quite like her Doctor's, but more so than the others, it has to be said.
