Tomorrow morning, I need to be at Pitsea train station, in Essex, for 9.30am. When I check the website of the train company that run the line out to Essex, I find a timetable that *clearly* states that I need to catch a train from West Ham station. When I check on the journey planner on the *same* fucking website, it says the train leaves from

Wow that is sucky.

I'd be inclined to trust the National Rail journey planner, because that tends to include last-minute alterations. Plus which, Stratford is less than 15 minutes away from West Ham. :)

...in fact, if you search for the word Pitsea on this page you will find the answer to the problem.

Now if only there had been a link to that on c2c's website! The only issue I can see there is how long it will take, what with the talk of rail replacement shuttles, but at least I know where to start now :)

That's my plan at present, and hopefully it won't go to pieces tomorrow morning, but it has occured to me that both sources of information could be wrong, in which who knows when I'll manage to get to Essex.
