Depressing moods yield decent inspiration...sometimes.

I like it a lot. I need to start focsuing on my writing again and maybe this group and writings around here (like you) can help. I've been ignoring my writing, my muse, my unfinished novel... and what you said about depression yielding inspiration... so true!

Thank you.
Yeah, I need to write more, and more frequently. Unless I get a spurt of inspiration, I hardly ever write anything anymore...
I would be happy to help, though I'm not sure how much help I can be...I'm usually the one seeking it.
My teacher once said writers should try to write something everyday, even if it's absolutely awful, because there's always editing and revising...just need to gets stuff down on paper. And goodness, if your muse is still there and you're just ignoring it...you should stop that before the muse decides to leave for good.
