I have NO CLUE what to be, and all my good ideas would be tough to get together by the 31st.

Wear a normal clothes, except for the shirt. Write/Print/Silkscreen
WMD on it.

Let me think for a bit here.......Ok, It really all depends on how crazy you want to get, If you want to go simple, how about Goth Vampire, Agent, Or your rens fair outfit, or You leather Jacket black pants cowboy books grow out your facial hair a little BAM! Werewolf

If you want to go a bit more stylish, Maybe a Jedi, or Human Fighter, they should be simple enough to make in the time you have left which is what 31 days?

Or if you still have it you can wear that Bleach Outfit I made you lol
