1) I think it's a solid submission. I also think you have a good chance of them getting back to you.

2) Maybe wait about of month before assuming they're not interested?

If Comics work like Selling Scripts then I'd give them 45 days cause that is the waiting time for when you send a script out to a production company to try and sell it before you send it out again to other places So i say a Solid 45 days that way you give them a month and a little extra
