You can do this, and as people of my generation say #thestruggleisreal. Now i don't have a Twitter, and this is an extremely shallow way to address the feelings of frustration you are feeling, but at the same time--it's hard ok, what you are trying to do , the habits (if that's the right term) that you are working on are hard to change. You know me, i'm opinionated and i generalize a lot of things--I understand your pain because i live it too. It sucks when you undo things, it sucks when you let your words wander, but you can do it, and you are doing better. work from that.

There is a saying in Spanish that I have been trying to keep in mind every since i learned which is (more or less): "we are the masters of our silences, and the slaves of our words."

Granted, sometimes there is a lot of value in saying something (carpe diem, making someone's day, communicating in general etc), but words are a huge liability. Modernity: less is more (?)
