The long-awaited update!

Ok ok. I give in. Here's an update of what transpired this afternoon. First, at 12:05 PM I head down to the Tribune Tower on Michigan Ave. for my 1 PM meeting (the building, by the way, is located about a 7 minute wheel from my soon-to-be apartment building).
