Doh!
As a vegetarian, I seldom read ingredient listings on bags of frozen vegetables. This was going to be the first time I would try your Garden Vegetable Medley. On a whim, I decided to read the ingredient list to find out what the vegetables were seasoned with. I was dumbfounded to find "Chicken Meat with Natural Chicken Juices" on the ingredient list. I learned years ago to look for meat product lurking in pre-packaged pasta and rice side dishes. I can honestly say, that I never expected to find meat in a vegetable blend. I would really like to see some kind of disclaimer, no matter how small, on the front of the packaging to warn other vegetarians. In the meantime, I will think twice before purchasing another Green Giant product and definitely start reading ingredient listings on every frozen vegetable I purchase.
