So, in Chinese class today, we learned the word for "twins," which has three characters in it. The professor was explaining that the first character means "double," but for the second two, he was having some trouble expressing the meaning in English and was pantomiming pregnancy. All of us in class started suggesting everything involving zygotes

That just reminds me of Bridget Jones: Edge of Reason when she is trying to get a pregnancy test, but she doesn't understand the language so she starts mimicking having sex.
