Drabble:
…And as the days following the return of Thor’s hammer passed, David began noticing changes in Luke. He still looked like a slight, red-headed boy, but his shadow seemed to stretch longer than possible and a strange, unsettling glint came into his eyes. David tried to ignore it, passing it off as paranoia, but one afternoon, he caught sight of Luke sitting on the floor, his hands framing a lash of twisting flames. Maybe it was the way the shadows were thrown off the contours of that pale face, but David suddenly realized that Luke-no, Loki, was a dangerous god.
