U 4GOT TO MENTION MY ~BEAUTIFUL BANNER~.

(In other words: You guys! I made a banner for the comm! And I don't hate it! lol. I'm pretty much a photoshop novice, so I am pleased with the outcome. Feed me and tell me I'm pretty!)

Just a thought (which I haven't run by my mods yet at doctorwho-meta, but I will if you are interested). Since we do Classic Who meta on a weekly basis, if you want, it might be an idea to affiliate and sync up with the Classic Who rewatch schedule here. So like, if the episode of the week here is The Green Death, we could pull our Classic Who topic of the week from that episode.

Don't have to, it's up to you guys - just a thought since I'm sure we have a lot of members in common and it might make it fun for them.

Yeah I have no problem with affiliating. I'm not entirely sure what you mean though -- do you just wanna base your Classic Who question that week on the serial we watched here, or are you going to promote that post to this comm as well? If we're affiliating it might make sense to cross-promote, even if it's just like -- linking to your post in this comm and your meta post linking to the discussion in this comm, or whatever.

Sure, cross-promotion sounds good (and yeah we would also base the Classic Who question on the serial here).

linking to your post in this comm and your meta post linking to the discussion in this comm

Sounds great! I guess I'll just stay tuned to whatever serials you all pick, and we can go from there? Sounds like this will tie together nicely!

Hey there, I know the classic ep is coming up at the end of this week soooooo ....

We'll run the meta question this Wed if that's OK by you. I know it's a few days before it officially opens here which isn't ideal but we only run Classic Who on Wednesdays. It will be REALLY general tho so it won't be spoilery at all. And of course we'll promote this comm in the post over at doctorwho-meta.

Side note: I know Karen was looking for links for the ep, so I PMd her what I was able to find.
