Aw. I really liked the idea of a legend of Rose serving as an ideal for Melody to model herself after. She wants to be Rose when she grows up - how sweet!

LOVE!!!! Your timey-wimey is great. BTW, I think Moffat has jumped the shark a few times with the nuttiness of his timey-wimey, but yours is subtle, beautiful, and character-driven--the best kind. I love the whole idea of Rose and River being somehow dependent on each other and never really knowing it.

Also, I totally agree with this: YAY! River ships Rose and the Doctor!

Oh, I'm so glad you liked this little gift!! To be honest your prompt list daunted me a bit and I wasn't sure I could do the idea justice, so I'm very glad that you like this story and the timey-wimeyness of it all!
