As if dxm needs more publicity. My girlfriend (crapige) got contacted for a interview type thing on people magazine about dxm. If anyone wants to check it out, it's the friday edition. There will be a box in the article where it quotes my girl, and shows our picture. I'm curious and nervous to see our picture in a magazine. lol ( Read more... )

for me, it's not the same drug.. i've burned out on it. a 3rd or 4th platau dose for me involves me not remembering anything, and a 1st or 2nd platau dose usually feels like barely anything at all.. maybe a little dizziness. also, for me to achieve a 3rd platau dose i need to take 900mg up to 1.2grams.

awh, man, why'd you go and do that? if they have enough evidence to prove that kids are abusing it, its going to get a lot harder to get a hold of, it kind of ruins it for he kids that still do it...

Let me think how to put this...

They DO have enough evidence to prove kids are abusing it. Have you seen the huge rash of media stories in the past month?

The magazine is going to print the story, whether or not we give a more positive addition to the article. At least she put in something to add besides "OMG I ETT 40 CORO AND NOW I BLEED FROM EVERY PORE IN MY BODY OMG I DIED."

Heh. My interview got cut for space reasons. Part of me is disappointed, but another part of me is more relieved that my real name won't be posted in a national magazine in an article saying "HEY PEOPLE! I DO DRUGS, AND I TALK TO THE PRESS!"

believe me. dxm is not as underground as you think. alot of people already have enough evidence about it being used as a drug and the overdoses that have happend. doesnt mean its going to become illegal. think about it. most of the dxm related deaths are from people abusing coricidin. all i have to say is, if you really like dxm.. good, maybe its a good thing that its hard to get ahold of. but i really doubt that this article in people magazine is going to make even one bit of a difference.

I read the artical.

I love how they skirt around the hard facts, and talk about what can be infered.

In the end, it all boils town to responsability. If don't in a responsable manner, "abuse" is no longer abuse.

Speeding is illegal. It releases endorphins in your brain, and gives you a few seconds of euphoria. They give us race tracks and drag strips, and *poof* you have a legal way to do it.

People DO drugs and will continue to do drugs. You can't stop people from doing drugs. I am sure that most people wo have done DXM haven't used cocaine, which is a very illegal substance, but our wonderful George W. has. Once again, getting punished for being poor. We can't affor cruises or European getaways. I want 6-8 hours of vacation once in a while, and who doesn't.

I suppose I really kind of got off track, whatever.
