Sounds like a nice trip, except for the middle of the night deflation, and a good decision cutting it short for rain. We're still waiting to see GotG--I've had a nasty cold and we didn't want to be lynched for me hacking all the way through the dialog.

Yeah, I feel like movies are crazy expensive these days. Plus fewer of them are "matinee" prices, even though those are pricey too.

Now that you mention it, the matinee in Watkins Glen was even cheaper, ut we'd have had to skip a hike.

Yeah, DVD rentals or purchases have become a much better value, and the concession stand at home is WAY cheaper.
