The night was dark
The moon was full
Moonlight made my blood look black
Yet drowning in silver

I've walked down the darkest path
I chose death over agony
And as the darkness embrace me
I leave the light behind

Forget my sins
In the moonlight
My blood looks black
Darkness is all that is left for me now
