Everything and anything about my thoughts on AI4...for now
If you are not watching this season, I think it's better for me to save what I'm going to type here under a cut. No point boring those who are not watching it.
So the new season of American Idol has got its Top 24 already. I don't know why but then of late, I'm like always seemed to be reading all the related stuff and digesting them slowly before heading to the boards and stuff like that. In those hiatus (after AI3 ends and before AI4 starts), it's just me reading whatever's new on anything relating to the show, especially Clay and Kelly. And always not that much news everyday before AI4 is back, in full swing.
I don't think I had mentioned who are my favorites for now for this season here. I know for now my favorites are Carrie Underwood, Anthony Fedorov and Nadia Turner. Anwar Robinson - maybe, Amanda Avil - kind of like her, Lindsey Cardinale - still considering though...me just like that! I think if I had watched AI2 from the very start (me only watched the finale and that's how I know about Clay since), it will be the same case too. Oh well...
I just hate it that when I was on the boards (not mentioning the name here but then it's a messageboard for Clay) that a few does not seemed to see Carrie's appeal. I mean, hey, she's pretty and sings good too! And she even got fansites and messageboards for her already! I was just surfing around and happened to chance upon a few of it. Isn't that cool? It's like back then when Amy Adams was my first favorite (then I got a few like Diana DeGarmo and La Toya London afterwards) last season (like the case of Carrie now), I chanced upon those too when the competition was still going on.
I love watching the show and giving my thoughts about it, okay?! I don't always really believe the show's over when Clay entered the scene. I seemed to noticed that among his fans (eh, I'm one of those) when AI3 started and this season too. Okay, so I was like a little of those people initally but not when I watched the show. I watched with an open mind, get it? Open minds can get you places and it did for me.
Anyhow, so happy that my inital favorites (the first three I mentioned) are in the Top 24! I mean, it's like I'm strucking the lottery because in last season, I got a few favorites but then they were kicked out in the Hollywood rounds already. Remember Nicole aka Scooter Girl? She's one of those. Ha, one of my favorites then. Interesting personality she got there. But then anyhow, I'm so thankful for those I like from the auditions to advance where they are now. Yay! I love Carrie! And she's so pretty on her profile on the offical American Idol website. You can go check it out over there!
Okay, so I think I have become a groupie myself! Out of here and going to enjoy the rest of this Valentine's Day week. It was on last Monday only, right? Ha.
