*hug* thanks...we're ok, though six months ago that might have been me on one of the trains..:( I am sadly lacking a connection at home (at Si's parents place now) but I'll check my messages once I'm online in a week or so (fingers crossed!). We love our new flat!

Thanks! It was rather scary, a few more bus bombs went off that weren't reported to the media apparently... we are hurting from lack of connection but since we need a BT line to get broadband, we do have a new number. What's your current email addy? I'll send it along!

I'm really glad to hear that you and Si are safe and that none of your loved ones were affected at all. It's aweful what's going on in the world, but unfortunately, there's not much we can do about it.

No, there isn't... the police were saying with regard to an attack on London it's not a question of if, but when. It's not yet confirmed it was a suicide bomber on the bus, but it's likely... the first of its kind in the west and I'm not sure it's the last...
