We have booked Channels Golf Club as our wedding venue. Wedding day is Friday 5th May 2006. Woo! We went to a wedding show on Sunday and it was cack.

I was just looking at WW's (Canadian) website, and thinking of signing up for their online program. Last time I was on WW, I lost about 25 pounds in three months -- if you follow the plan, it REALLY works. It's totally common sense, but it takes away all the guesswork. Are you doing the points version? As a fellow person with cravings, I highly recommend it. The core program sounds like it would be more restrictive, as a trade off for requiring less thinking.

I know! I'm fine.. should we have a phone session sometime? I have been neglecting LJ shamefully... now the wedding malarky is on its way I feel better. Also been temping in a internet-free zone of an office so I've been out o' touch ( ... )

I know... did you get my email sent a while back? are you and A able to make the Essex wedding? I know it's a lot of money and time to think about so I understand if you can't make it. The Toronto reception will rock the casbah :)

I'm not sure if we'll be able to make it for the wedding yet, but we will definitely be at the Toronto one. I'd love to come to Essex, but it would have to be done on the cheap. We'll see. I'll give you plenty of notice either way.
