Our family spent Christmas with my maternal grandparents in Medellin, Cebu for the first time. Usually we only go there in time for their fiesta, but this was different. My mom told us that she was worried about my grandfather who had just recently developed a heart disease, and she wanted to spend his birthday, which happens to be on Christmas

Haha. Parang barangay namin pag nag-fiesta. They put stupid novelty songs on replay for the entire day. Murder for the musically-inclined ear, I'm telling you.
