For those who do not know, I am currently in Perugia, Italy! I won a scholarship through the Grand Rapids Sister Cities program to study at the language institute for foreigners here in town. Just wanted to update all yall on the journey abroad. Left GR at 2:30 on Tuesday and arrived in Rome Wednesday morning at 7:30. Nothing much to report

Your e-mail is coming, I swear. Anyway, glad to hear you got the scholarship! Italy sounds pretty sweet, the way you and Brian talk about it. I'm so lame. I'm the only person who hasn't left the States. It sure feels like that sometime.
