Have you ever been smoking a cigarette, and you're about halfway through when you realize that you have to pee? Then you think to yourself... You have half a cigarette left. Should you put it out and save it after your done peeing? Or should you just forget about it cause if you refried it, it would be about 2 puffs left anyway... WHAT THE HELL ( Read more... )

I hear that Native Americans use tobacco in their vision quests. It can be pretty powerful, especially when there's a THC source added. I used to watch grass all the time - it's really fantastic, and never the same scene. Each moment for the grass is a complete upheaval of it's prior order.
Your dog is probably seeing energy echoes or something. Their brains are tuned to see a different range of EM radition. Who knows what he actually sees, but I bet the world he lives in is pretty cool.

Just like cats. They hear the slightest little thing and stand ready and aware. . . always scanning, and sometimes it seems like they see things that we don't. Egyptians believed that cats could see into the spirit world, and hence warded off evil and harmful spirits. Cats were mummified like Pharoahs. An achaeological dig found more than 300,000 cat graves in one Egyptian city. . . AND. . . interesting little fact, Europeans believed that cats were evil because they were connected with the spirit world, hunted and killed them, and brought them to near extinction, and this led to an increased rodent population, which helped the plague spread through Europe. Oh yeah, and blah blah blah, mushrooms blah blah, Shpongle, blah blah, Terence Mckenna once said blah blah blah blah. Just kidding. ;)

blah.

I love cats. I've always had a couple around. the cat I have now is always seeing things. As for what, I have no clue - this house of mine has intense energies at times. A little girl died here about a half-century ago.
I can totally relate to the cat mind-set though. My Aztec astrological symbol is the Ocelot, though that might be beside the point.
Europeans have been terribly brainwashed and spiritually oppressed over their entire history. I almost feel sorry for them, but if they hunted down cats, then they deserve what they get.
