Mmm, I did nothing today but read Dragon Prince by Melanie Rawn and lounge around in my pajamas. I'm going to take a shower and then read some more.

I can't decide if I want to buy Star Trek: The Next Generation (season 1) for $51, Xena: Warrior Princess (season 1) for $36, or Charmed (season 4) for $32. Argh.

XENA!!!!!!! Save star trek for sometime when you have more money to buy it and time to watch it... and Xena rocks!!!!!

Xena is #1 on my list. I think I'll probably buy Xena first.

Far be it from me to knock TNG, but season 1-2 just ... well, sucked. Maybe you liked them, I don't know. Or, you want to have all the seasons in your collection. Me, I'm the type of person who won't listen to a song on a CD, but love to hear it on a radio. DVD's are the same for me. I can watch a rerun on TV of the same show a million times, but to actually watch it on DVD more than once, I just can't do it for some reason. But this is about you, not me. And I think we know by now, you are soooo different than me.

Xena, from what I saw of it was a good show, but got REALLY stupid as time wore on. Because somehow it wasn't stupid to me before ... and then Charmed, well that's just annoying and oddly enough there's nothing charming about it. So let's review. TNG season 1, love the show, didn't like the first two seasons. Xena, I think season 1 was good, I stopped liking it as the seasons wore on (Like marriage to the same person!) and Charmed, I say stay the hell away!

Ten bucks says she'll go for Charmed now.

I like TNG, but I've only seen a few reruns on Spike. Not enough for me to understand what went on in the series. Since I'm done collecting DS9 on DVD, I want to start on another series and TNG is my next favorite and the cheapest. The reason why I want to get the first and season seasons is because they're half of what the rest of the seasons cost and I want to start watching the show from the beginning.

Xena was a good show, I thought, from the little I saw of it. It's cheap so I'm willing to buy it. This is #1 on my list.

Charmed season 4 is "eh." It's the last season before the show gets stupid and it's on sale because it's just coming out. But I need a change from Charmed and either Xena or TNG will provide it for me.

P.S. All shows get "stupid" as they go on, except for ST. The Golden Rule in ST is that all of the series start out lame but kick ass somewhere starting in season 2 and go out with a bang when it ends.
