Jk.
I like it. Whether or not my poem has jack to do with it, yours has such better rythm. You have to sift the grass blades to find mine, but yours is carried with you as you turn away to ponder. It's a clean poem with an eloquent point which is artful in delivery and execution.
Is it a song?

Well, I'm not quite satisfied with this, but a poem is never finished, only abandoned.
So you'd never imagine who else inspired this. Guess who left who for another person on Valentine's Day. Yeah, Brooke [the girl Jessie left me for] left Jessie on Valentine's Day for another guy, that's 'going some where in life.'
Despite the fact that I feel really sorry for him and what not, I couldn't help but laugh when I found out [from my friend] what happened. What goes around, comes around, and now he gets my perspective of it.
Plus, the day before I found that out, he had told me that he couldn't ever talk to me again "because of his relationship" and then the next day apologized and started hitting on me because they weren't together any more.
Jackass? Yeah, unfortunately..
Oh, and to answer your question, yes it is a song.
I'm going to attempt to write the guitar section of it soon.

Live by the sword, die by the sword. It's best to abandon fear and control tactics, I'd even call that shear pride, before those things help you to understand why you should. And I bet he didn't learn a thing... the lesson plan was laid out for the SOB, though.
Play the song for me sometime when I call?
