i know this is a kinda old post but i feel what your sayin. I dont care if you went with the intention to kill someone, if you bring a gun, you better relize thats a posibility. They should have life in prision becuse it was a hate crime, i think its sac-religious to take a childs, a child for god sake, and give them the chance to say we didnt do it out of hate. well there is no other way to do it, no kills out of love!! sorry this just reallllly pissed me off too.
