drivers licence

So I went to take my written drivers test yesterday and failed. I was so pissed because not only did I waste two hours, I studied, and the questions were ofton times a matter of opinion. I have to wait a week to re-take the damn thing.

What kind of questions do they have on their tests that come down to matter of opinion. "Do you break for topless women?" a)only if they're cute b)no c)yes d)only if they look like a lesbian....
hmmm, I am trying to imagine what about driving tests can be subjective.
Please elaborate.
And I'm sorry you didn't pass, that sucks.

Not looking in your rear view window is an example of:

A. A bad driving habbit
B. The cause of many accidents
C. Not necessary
D. Both A and B

The answer was A, and I picked B. About half of the questions where like that. The other half were like this:

How many feet behind a semi truck are you supposed to travel?

A. 25 feet.
B. 50 feet.
C. 70 Feet.
D As close as possible.

Do you see what I mean now?

Well, the first I do see as a matter of opinion, I would have answered D on 1. The other though, I'm sure they have a specific answer in the study stuff about feet behind any vehicle. Although, you do have a point in the sense that how is one to gauge how many feet away they are? Can you judge the difference by sight? I doubt it. That sucks, but keep trying, I know you'll pass, you passed the test here, right? Why is it so different in Hawaii?
