Do you have several DVD player programs? I did and it kept defaulting to the one the system wasn't designed to handle.

That was suggested on the trouble shooting suggestions.
I think I have two different ones but whichever one I use the quality is HORRIBLE!
BTW- Did you just try to call me?

but you have to run it using IE, preferably the latest release your system can handle. i use other browsers as a rule (mozilla firefox and opera), cuz the security's better, but i keep IE around for that trendmicro.

spybot is also good

I think my laptop broke when I downloaded housecall because it doesn't have much memory.
