Hey dude, it's awesome that you're putting so much thought into this. I know some of us have put in a lot of time into building in these worlds, and your post has reminded me that some people may take it pretty seriously. I've always had the outlook of this being lego for adults - and assume that people realise that the software is unstable and clunky, thus the conservation of the world is not always garunteed and the human factor (yours truly) is not exactley a well trained IT specialist - two months ago when I started the server up with the intention of running it for maybe 5-6 people on our home computer, i had zero knowledge of anything required to host a game server. Never even had someone else host a website. I've made a lot of mistakes, and take a long time to figure anything out when there's a problem as i'm completely self taught! Not to mention i've not got much of a head for managing a small community. So I apologise in advance or belatedly if some of the decisions i've made regarding the server are not quite what you were ( ... )

Oh, Also, the world border has extended on FuzzyLogic 2, since we are getting a little crowded with... some ambitious projects. Instead of 500 blocks, it's now 750. thinking of bumping it up to 1000, but will wait and see.
