mmmmm- apple pie! so, um, when are you stopping by the theatre to drop some off? dinner break is 6 - 7 tomorrow since we cancelled our preview but I'll probably be working through part of that, since that's what I've been doing recently.

or, alternately, please donate any unused rotten apples to the Sound Department and they will be put to good, projectile uses in order to demonstrate the Sound Department's opinions on various decisions at the show.

or, alternately, please donate any rock-hard apples to the Sound Department and I will have something aside from concrete walls, steel set pieces, and floors to bang my head against.

this whole "over-working" thing is severely overrated for both of us. remind me to play the lottery today; that'll fix most of the problems and give us new ones ;-)

the old lady who used to babysit myself and my brother when we were a child used to grow her own fruit and get supplys of apples from a local orchard which were all traditional english varieties. She made the best apple pie and home made custard.....
I was lucky as a child though, we grew our own veretables and the woods near us were resplendant with hazelnuts and crabapples, bilberries and blackberries and wild strawberries... Gah, I miss being able to snack for free on fresh goodness......

yes! everything we ate at dinner, save the fish, was home-grown and it was all so delicious. this was my first time really trying to use proper apples properly, though. soooooo good!

my gram would only make pies with 'baking apples'... perhaps that's sorta what you got there?
