I have come to the inescapable conclusion that I need therapy. I don't know where to go, I don't know how to go about doing it, and I don't know how/if I can afford it...and I don't know how to hide it from my parents. But I'm pretty sure there's no doubt about it. I need it. There are things wrong with me and I need to correct those things.

Are you still in school? Universities are required to have mental health people available, I think. Ours here kind of suck, because they just look at your file, say "Oh, you're this" and give you scrips. There's got to be some docs out there who actually have a soul and will take you on pro bono or at a reduced cost, though, right?
