LOCATIONS

DYE Building ◦ Situated close to the city centre along the Han River, the DY Entertainment building is a sprawling complex where everything needed to produce and train an artiste is situated. With 6 floors of recording studios, practice rooms, as well as a gym and a cafeteria, it is a one stop location for trainees and established entertainers to hone their skills or simply hang out. It is situated just next to the DY Dorms for ease of transport.

DY Dorms ◦ As a former hotel under Park Industries, the DY Dorms' name itself is deceiving. The central accommodation for DY's pool of talent, everyone signed under the label is expected to live here throughout their tenure as a trainee or artiste. The lower floors house the trainees in apartments that accommodate 8 each. Mid floor belongs to the idols that bunk with their bandmates to build camaraderie. The top floors are individual suites reserved for models, actors and radio and television personalities, given their high individual income.

Dance Studios ◦ The main building has numerous dance studios that are perpetually open to accommodate hectic schedules. A few studios come with musical instruments.

Recording Studios ◦ The CEO has a thing for keeping everything state of the art, and the few recording studios within the main building are no exception.

Indoor Pool ◦ Located at the basement of the dorm building, the pool is open to everyone.

Cafeteria ◦ Available to all employees of the company, the food served at the ground floor cafeteria is free. The only catch? You have to eat what they serve, and it's usually diet food.

Common Room ◦ Open to all employees, this common room on the second floor is large enough to accommodate everyone and is open 24/7.

Lounge Bar ◦ Located on the top floor, this lounge is only available to employees above the age of 18. It features a spacious sitting area, pool table, and bar where the drinks aren't free except on select days.

Four Bedroom Apartment ◦ Located on the lower floors, every room has a bunk bed to accommodate two, making a grand total of eight to an apartment.

Three Bedroom Apartment ◦ Reserved for idol groups, these apartments are located on the middle floor. Some have bunk beds to accommodate more.

Two Bedroom Apartments ◦ Reserved for models, actors and TV and Radio personalities, these apartments on the top floor have a spare bedroom where their manager sometimes puts up at.
