In Rep. de Panama there would be many holidays. Don't think they were quite as um protracted as he's saying here for the Filipinos.

Best part of this though is that with the news talking about Hagupit, you are okay or you wouldn't be posting right now.

yes, yes. we are okay here in Manila. the storm when it got here has quite dissipated and we only experienced light rains. now, it is hot as heck! it's like the rains didn't even happen. hngh. ^^;;;;
