We are more than work horses, I cry in desperation. Not that saying so does much good. Only falling ill so they have to find someone else to temporarily do everything will probably not remedy our oppression. *sighs*

Was wondering where you'd got to. Stay healthy. Escape again when you want and can. *hugs* This too shall pass... hopefully... soon.

i am holding on. got sick last week due to the terrible heat that has been plaguing this side of the earth. the temperature was at 34 degrees Celcius (the day's heat index 41 degrees celcius) on thursday, 21 May which killed two senior citizens in another province where the heat index is even higher. T_T

been drinking lots of water but was scared the past couple of days coz i was having a bad headache while still recuperating from a cold that finally decided to come out over the weekend. i am better now. ^_^b

though i am hoping that this weekend will be better. the rainy/wet season cannot come soon enough! we are terribly tired of this heat!

and no, we still have not bought an airconditioning unit yet. still waiting for the final word from our mom coz it will installed in her room (it is bigger and we can all sleep there together). ^_~

Moaning for you in sympathy. Those are really terrible temperatures.
We had a high of 20 C (68 F) which is very unusual for here this time of year. Humidity isn't fun though when you're doing something very active.

Well, the rainy season is finally here but the days are still hot. I will be convincing my brothers to buy an air conditioning unit but we are still deciding which one because we want to get an inverter one as it will be most energy-efficient (and cheaper on the electricity/electric bill too!).

Still keeping hydrated by drinking lots of liquid and mindful of the food I am eating to avoid raising my BP (have to lose weight. I'm getting bigger! T_T)

Exercise is on the top of my list but with the heat, it is hard to keep to the promise as you would prefer to sit or lie down to keep cool. T_T
