Know what's annoying? When certain bands are so good, that if even one of their songs comes up on my iPod, I HAVE to listen to more. If not, I succumb to such craving, it's unbearable

Two months ago I would never have been able to stand it either.
I guess I've made alot of exceptions to my music taste when listening to these guys. Normally I can't stand the high-pitched whine sound. Like, really can't stand. The lyrics, if you take them at face value, are very emo. They sing of lost love and self hate. What I love about it is that it's all a story.. and it DOES make sense as a story, if you listen to it with the understanding of what it is.
The song 'Welcome Home' off their latest album is what made it click for me.
The first one is the first album.. or rather, it takes place right before the first album. It goes over the background of the story and the setup, all very clearly. It's kinda nice cuz the story background is solid.. no interpretation.. (unlike the albums.. which are cryptic). The are is very comic-booky.
The second one is the 3rd album. The art is done by a guy name Christopher Shy. It's VERY dark artwork and goes with the tone of the music. This one takes place along with the album, though it is just as cryptic as the album. From what I've read, you can get a pretty good grasp of what is going on by reading the graphic novel while listening to the album.
I have both on order, and should be here very shortly. I look forward to reading them both.
There are also 6 vingettes on MTV2 (mtv.com.. look up the band), that are the comic art, with the music acompaniment, with some voice acting and animation.. I've only seen the first 4... they're really cool.
