It's basically this holiday that celebrates ghoulish things, tricks, scary stuff, candy, and dressing up. A lot of people get into costumes and go trick or treating- where you walk around a neighborhood and ring doorbells and people give free candy out to you.

It's a lot of fun! And apparently Vatheon is holding a party for us foreigners~. You should get a costume and go.
