so it looks like i need a new scale. i replaced the battery yesterday and it is still not working, but just for ME. JT hasn't had a single issues with it, still getting his weight daily from it. it is so frustrating b/c batteries cost money and that is wasted money (only came in a 2 pack).....grrrrrr
