Sounds like what you're doing is mostly done for convenience sake rather than for health reasons :|
Do you and Alex cook much for one another, or is it mostly on the basis of cook-for-oneself? And also, please sleep as much as you can >_< It sounds like you're really draining yourself either from overworking, or trying to cram in a lot in one day. Take care of yourself, Dan!
interesting question. i cook and bake when i can, but i'm not sure alex eats anything. i mean, i even made mini meat pies with my own pastry and it took him over a week to eat it. mind you, alex and i lead quite separate lives and i think we've only ever shared meals when other people are around, and only twice since he moved in.
i'm not too fussed, because it allows me to do interesting things. like make prawn stock, chicken stock, meat pies, apple pie, roti chanai, curry, aoili, chocolate cake and a lot more which i forget at the moment. in fact, a lot of it comes from seeing whatever is leftover in the fridge.
Hrm... fighting off a flu, but enjoying long walks in the chilling cold and wet misty evenings, and getting to bed late. I don't know how you're not well yet! :P
If you're pushing yourself that hard you need to make sure you're keeping on top of healthy intake (and vitamin C). Also echinacea is really good for fighting off colds/flus.
I found out that the reason why I have been so sickly; is because I'm vitamin deficient; what do you expect when you can no longer eat an entire range of fruit and vegetables? So it is likely I now need to take vitamin supplements for life. :(
There's something deliciously creepy when walking through the back streets in the fog late in the evening, and you're wearing heavy shoes, which sound so loud against the silence of the night...
