Right. I know nothing about any of those BUT if you haven't seen Slayers yet, DO IT NOW.

*ahem* It is awesome.

kyaaa the Slayers series are actually some of my favorites from when I was younger ♥ Especially Next. I'm really reeealllly looking forward to the new season coming out!! LONG overdue in my opinion. I think I was in high school when Try came out. ....WHY AM I SO OLD *cries in a corner*

...anyway, I am SO looking forward to the new season and all the old characters/seiyuu again!! Akira Ishida has done a lot since he played Xellos...to think this was one of the original shows that got me interested in him. XD

Code Geass is so awesome! And Soul Eater I predict will be the next Bleach. I hope at least.

Heehee at least Soul Eater has way less characters than Bleach so I'll actually be able to keep track of them. XD

Soul Eater's animation is totally crazy. Then again it's Bones so should we be surprised? XD

Lol. I love your comments about Code Geass. And yay, I'm not the only one who feels that Suzaku can go keel over and die.

I'd recommend Kurenai and Macross Frontier. Macross Frontier has one of the best plane fight scenes I've seen in anime (the quality's up there with Maka fighting against Jack the Ripper in Soul Eater ep 1), and Alto's pretty. XD Kurenai, on the other hand, has a slice-of-life feel, but still with darker elements of mystery. Murasaki is adorable, the titular main character is intriguing. It helps that he has a beautiful mid-air kick. >3

Uh. You want shoujo? Vampire Knight has enough of it to balance all the shounen you can get from the all the other anime this season. >_>

The funny thing is I actually really like Suzaku, but that doesn't stop me from thinking he needs to go play in some traffic. XD;

Heehee I'll try to watch Kurenai and Macross Frontier next! I really like what I've scene of the animation styles too~

LOL I'll give Vampire Knight a try, but to be honest I usually don't watch shoujo anyway, and I didn't like the manga that much, so I'll probably just end up sticking with my shounen overdose. XD

WOAH! The Special A manga is fun to read! I didn't know they made it into an anime XD I like the manga art style a lot. Sadly, I have read A LOOOOOT of manga in the last year and about 8-14 of them have this sort of ranked class plot... But at least Special A is KareKano-eqsue in that both characters are in Special A. Other ones have poor girls ala Hana Yori Dango that get with smart guys and were originally ostracized, or some sort of class difference... the other main manga there seems to be is the girl becoming and idol and meeting some guy that works in show biz *laugh* Oh well... good thing I love these kinds of stories!

Vampire Knight manga gets really blah later... I want to watch Rosario to Vampire although I hear the anime is really boobie... the manga is funny though! And the art looks okay.

Oh, is the manga fun? Maybe if it looked better I would enjoy the story and characters more. I definitely like the Karekano story setup better than the Hana Yori Dango setup, though I still don't really like the idea of an elite class in the school with the supar smrt kids with everyone else fawning over them. REALLY IRRITATING. And in Karekano, she BEAT him. (I hate how in shoujo manga the boys always always have higher class rank than the girls! ARGHH. In my experience it's generally the opposite. XD;) And of course the person who criticizes this is a bad guy who steals answers to tests and gets in fights. But this is probably why I don't read much shoujo in general. XD;; I didn't realize so many manga had the same basic setup! I don't really want to think about what that says about young girls' dreams and goals. XD; Oh well, guess that's why I end up reading more jousei ( ... )

Haha, well Rosario to Vampire is kind of a happy go lucky supernatural manga. You can read the manga and summaries here. I'll post some I recommend too :D

Rosario to Vampire: http://www.onemanga.com/Rosario-Vampire/
Special A: http://www.onemanga.com/Special_A/

I recommend:
Superior: http://www.onemanga.com/Superior/
(unfinished but cute story and preeeetty art XD)
Shin Angyo Onshi: http://www.onemanga.com/Shin_Angyo_Onshi/
(art style takes a bit to get used to and totally adventure stuff but not all gimmicky like shonen jump stuff. I like the connections based off Korean mythology/history too).
Zettai Kareshi: http://www.onemanga.com/Absolute_Boyfriend/... )

YAY thank you~~~ Superior and Shin Angyo Onshi and Gekka Kimi look especially interesting! (I guess I like shounen more too because they tend to have more adventure/fantasy stories...) Plenty to procrastinate with now lol. XD
