Definitely check out Karekano!! I think you can actually find all the episodes to stream on veoh.com... It's an older anime and it shows (1998) and it was animated by Gainax and that shows too (lol animation budget) and the anime ending is...well, an early gainax ending haha. But what really is the draw is the characters and their relationship. ♥ I think I really love it because so few relationships in shoujo manga/anime are relationships between equals, and this definitely is one. XD
