I'm probably the wrong one to ask since I have an unnatural affinity for showtunes, but I like The Meg & Dia Band and Die Prinzen (chick rock and German pop, respectively), and also Journey - Steve Perry cures what ails ya, Journy's Greatest Hits will get ya through just about anything. :) Also, I'm not that far from the southside, depending on where you are, maybe we could go familiarize ourselves with the area together? Least I know where some Starbucks are and a really good Italian place in Beech Grove. Good luck on the move.

i'll have to check out the meg and dia, and die prinzen... i don't have journey downloaded... but that does sound like a good idea.

and yes! to hanging out around the southside, i'll be living in the southport area, and honestly it kind of freaks me out because the roads are so incredibly wide... i like my little broad ripple/butler/tarkington area... but it is for the good of my little family that is developing. i'm excited.

I forgot, Vast is another good one for your tune collection. My dad lives right around the Southport Rd. area, off 65S, and I can come right down Emerson and be in your neck of the woods in like 10 mins. Good luck with the packing.

most of the album "in ghost colours" is really good. and "the blow i think"? if you only think you know them, then maybe you don't know them! check out the songs "parentheses" and "fists up".

and yeah, a different variety of dragonfruit with white flesh instead of magenta!
