Well, it would be fun for people to make their own cards - but some of the boys students won't have a clue how to make cards. Maybe you could offer packs of pre-folded card with stencils and glittery things to make it easier.

Not the permanent glue - you don't want to stick someones fingers together as s/he tries to demonstrate how much they care about friends.
Is there anyway to charm ink to make it flash or change colours?
